Calling all Creatives in Hull
WE HAVE THE SPACE YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR
DANISH BUILDINGS / HIGH STREET / HULL
We noticed that there was a shortage of quality, yet quirky studio/office space for the creative people of Hull. When we saw that Hull City Council had put the historic Danish Buildings & Bayle’s House up for sale back in Spring 2017, we knew this was the right building for our vision, and that we were the right developer for the job.

WHERE THE IDEA CAME FROM
"Since moving our Allenby Commercial HQ from a business park outside of Hull to Hull City Centre (Alfred Gelder Street in the Old Town to be specific) just over three years ago, we haven’t looked back!
We made the move following the announcement that Hull was awarded City of Culture 2017. We wanted to be amongst it all, and that we are! It’s one of the best business decisions we have made…we’re able to keep an eye on movements and trends in the City, easily attend and host meetings with the people we need to, but most importantly – our staff love working in Hull City Centre. We underestimated the importance of them being able to pop out and do some errands, shopping or just grab some lunch conveniently (we are daily visitors of the newly refurbished Trinity Indoor Market)".
