Regency House, Hull (Past Project)

Regency House is an outstanding example of a high quality and well developed office building in Hull City Centre. Allenby Commercial have worked closely with Humberside Police to ensure that the high spec building they were in need of was produced within budget and within the agreed time scale.

We were able to produce the high quality, well designed office building in Hull’s City Centre which Humberside police were unable to find elsewhere. The project was completed with a high quality internal fit out in accordance with the detailed speciation required by Humberside Police. On completion this building was sold to Humberside Police who are still running their operations from the site.
